Accommodation:

For National Squads: Free hospitality until last member of the squad is eliminated.
For other Main Draw Players: Free hospitality until eliminated.

Hotels: Ibis Tour de Bretagne and Ibis Gare Sud

Full hospitality: only in the two official hotels
Hotel reservation dealine: freeze deadline
National coaches: for full hospitality, national coachs must be nominated before the freeze deadline.


A
ctivities:
An international tennis tournament is also an opportunity to meet each other during the week. During the week, several activities are scheduled: welcome drink, sponsors party, coaches and players party, organzsation party,... but also a kids day (on wednesday) and a training course for ballkids.

Balls:
BABAOLAT Balls are the offical balls of the Tournament.
During the tournament, around 500 cans of 4 balls will be used to play every matches for a total of 2000 balls used.
Each match will be played whith 4 new Balls. New balls for third set.

Budget:
The total Budget of the tournament is approximately 130 000€ including all taxes. It breaks up into 3 principal parts which are:  "Accommodation and Meals", "Communication and tournament promotion " and "Competition" .

Courts maintenance:
During the 9 days of competition, 4 people from the Ground Staff are in charge of the clay courts maintenance. Thank you Philipp and your team..

- Boys and Girls Singles: Main Draw of 48 players.
- Boys and Girls Doubles
: Main Draw of 24 teams.
- Consolations
- Wheelchair tournament
: Singles Draw.

Europe:
Balle Mimosa Loire-Atlantique is a U14 Tennis Europe Junior Tour Tournament. We are please to welcome players from all around the word!!!!.

Games:
To help players to relax, the animation team organizes everyday activities for volunteers: games, work shops, video games, sports (soccer, badminton,..).

Laporte: Pascal Laporte
This is the name of the Stadium since 1950. Pascal Laporte was a famous french rugbyplayer who played in Nantes at the beginning of the century (1907). Winner of the french championship with the team of Bordeaux, his experience and professionalism allowed the club to progress.
The Pascal Laporte Stadium is composed of a rugby pitch (2000 seats), 14 tennis courts, a restaurant, lockers, a gym, a media room, etc...

Meals:
Each meal (lunch and dinner) is taken at the club with "La Terrasse du stade", breakfast is taken at the IBIS Hotel.
It's a total of 2400 meals served during the 9 days of competition.

Medias:
The media coverage of the event is ensured by the written press (Presse Océan, Ouest-France, Vendée Matin, Tennis Info, L'Eclair, Tennis Magazine, La Lettre des Pays de la Loire, Nantes Passion, Le Magazine du Conseil Général de Loire-Atlantique,...), but also by Radio (Hit West) or Television (TéléNantes and France 3).

fficials:
Mikélig ROUDAUT (ITF White badge) is the Referee of the Tournament. He shall act as the final authority on-site for the interpretation of the Tournament Rules and Regulations, Code of Conduct and Rules of tennis (Entries, to make the draws, Daily order of play,...).
14 Chair Umpires will officiate on every matches of the tournament (singles, doubles, Qualies and Main Draw).

Physiotherapist:
A small pain? No problem!!!! The physio, Nadia is a specialist of sport injuries. She can be called by a player on court, but also in a treatment room for players (strapings, massages,...).

 


Q
Qualies:
National Qualies will take place from Wednesday 15th to Friday 17th July 2015.
The international Qualies are held on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th july 2015.

S tringer:
Jacky, the professionnal Babolat stringer is on-site all the tournament.
In 2014, he stringed about 300 rackets. More than 3600m of strings were necessary.

Village:
The village, located in the middle of the Stadium offers a "get together" for players, sponsors, organization staff, but is also a place for meetings and evening parties.

Wheechair tournament:
The fourth edition of the national junior wheelchair tournament will take place from 22nd to 24th july on hard courts.
6 players will try to triomph on that 5th tournament.
